Terms of Service: Online store suite provided by BugStores LLC 1) Purchasing of a online store entitles the buyer to only what is listed on the plan's page. No extra services will be included unless otherwise negotiated. 2) Upon purchase, full instructions on administrating the online store software will be provided to the customer. We are not responsible for setting up anything beyond the delivery of a working online store. Customer may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. 3) The online store suite will be fully functioning when provided to the customer. After this, we are not responsible for any modifications the customer wants done on to online store, unless otherwise negotiated. Again, if the customer is not happy with the store, they have 7 days to request a refund. 4) We reserve the right of discretion on whether or not we accept a client for service or not. If payment is collected, and we decide NOT to accept the client for service, a full refund will be given to the customer. (Note, we never host any site that is: adult themed, serving illegal content, or selling weapons.) 5) Any flash work that you see in our online store can be added to your store for a fee. But they do not come installed by default. 6) The default store comes with a "Powered by CubeCart" blurb at the bottom of your online store. If the blurb is to be taken off, the CubeCart license must be obtained. |
